Clare believes in doing a job that you love, and she loves cooking for people. As the owner of the Jammy Cow Mona Vale Cafe, Clare strives to ensure consistensy, quality, variety and flavour in the food and menu at the cafe, at the same time as maintaining an inviting and friendly atmosphere.
Born in England and having worked extensively in France and remote parts of Scotland, Clareʼs passion is local produce, cooked simply with traditional flavours and methods.

Raquel loves healthy food, and sugar. If there is such a thing, this is her passion: cooking for the body and the soul. Raquel is passionate about creating exciting healthy recipes, although she is always thinking about the dessert.
Her patience for pastry and cake making comes from her Japanese background. But in Brazil, where she was born, Raquel learnt about diversity of flavours and colours, applying it to her cooking and baking. The sugar on top is just an excuse for celebration.
